Completed in June 2014, this grocery store is the first of its kind in the lower mainland. High end flooring, interior wood panelling and meticulous landscaping and exterior facade work to set this store's curb appeal apart. The project delivery method was fixed price and was completed on schedule.
This 18,000 SF space was fit up with cooler, freezer and processing spaces with insulated metal panels, concrete curbs & epoxy. The multi-temperature rooms were constructed using box in a box construction methodology in an existing facility. An addition to the existing office was also completed.
Glacier Pro completed construction of this space 8 days ahead of schedule.
This facility consisted of 20,000 SF of maintenance shop area with an 18,000 SF high end office space. Exterior structure was built using concrete tilt up with large spans of curtain wall to lend a dynamic curb appeal to the Campbell Heights Area. This project was completed on time, and substantially under budget.
